Verus Accountants & Advisors is a registered agent of the Revenue NSW (formerly known as the Office of State Revenue NSW) to provide services of stamping trust deeds upon their execution and to lodge Electronic Duties Return (EDR) for our clients. Currently we only provide this service to trusts which have been established and executed in NSW.
Most types of trust deeds established and executed in NSW need to be stamped as required by the Revenue NSW within 3 months of the date of execution. Superannuation trust deeds do not need to be stamped.
All you need to do is fill out the order form here and send it to us with the original signed trust deed(s). If the trustees of the trust are individuals, you will also need to provide us with certified copies of the trustee’s identification; passport or driver’s licence.
The Revenue NSW stamping costs $500 for the first copy plus $10 each for additional duplicate trust deed. We charge a flat fee of $65 + GST for our services.
Once we stamp your trust deed(s), we will return them to you by express post.
